Terms & Coaching Disclaimer
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your participation in any coaching, consultation, workshop, webinar, course, digital program, community, one-to-one session or other service offered through this website (“Services”). By accessing this website, submitting your information, booking a call, purchasing a Service or participating in a program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Services
The Services are designed for personal development, self-awareness, reflection, clarity, behavioural awareness and coaching. Depending on the program selected, Services may include one-to-one coaching, group coaching, educational sessions, handwriting or signature analysis, reflective exercises, implementation sessions, digital resources, worksheets, recordings and limited support through platforms such as WhatsApp or email. Exact inclusions, duration, delivery format and support will be described on the relevant offer page, payment page or written enrolment communication.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in the Services unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
3. Coaching Is Not Therapy or Professional Healthcare
Coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatry, counselling, diagnosis or treatment by a licensed healthcare professional. Nothing communicated through the Services should be interpreted as medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment or professional healthcare advice. Consult an appropriately qualified professional for clinical physical, mental or emotional health support.
4. Handwriting and Related Assessments
Any handwriting, signature, behavioural or reflective assessment is a tool for self-awareness, personal reflection and coaching. It is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, employment, financial or scientific diagnosis, nor a definitive statement about personality, health, abilities, future outcomes or suitability.
5. Client Responsibility
Coaching is collaborative. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, behaviour, relationships, career choices, financial decisions and wellbeing. Exercises, observations and strategies are invitations for exploration, and you are responsible for deciding what is appropriate for your circumstances.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Individual results vary. No personal, emotional, relationship, career, financial, health or lifestyle outcome is promised. Results depend on participation, consistency, circumstances and factors outside the coach’s control. Possible benefits are illustrative and are not guarantees.
7. Testimonials and Client Experiences
Testimonials, case studies, stories and examples represent individual experiences and do not promise similar results. Identifying information may be modified or omitted to protect privacy.
8. Fees and Payment
Prices appear on the applicable enrolment, checkout or offer page, or are communicated before purchase. Payment must follow the agreed schedule. Time-limited prices or arrangements may expire or change if payment is not completed in time. Applicable taxes are handled according to law.
9. Refunds, Cancellations and Transfers
The conditions presented on the applicable offer, enrolment or checkout page at the time of purchase apply. Refund availability may be limited after Services commence, sessions are delivered, personalised work is completed or digital materials are accessed, subject to applicable consumer law.
10. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Attend scheduled sessions at the agreed time. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a one-to-one session. Repeated cancellations, late attendance or missed appointments may cause a session to be treated as used where disclosed in program terms. If the coach must reschedule because of illness, emergency or circumstances beyond reasonable control, an alternative date will normally be offered.
11. WhatsApp, Email and Between-Session Support
Included messaging access is for reasonable coaching-related communication within the program scope. It is not 24-hour support, emergency support, therapy or crisis intervention. Response times vary and must not be relied upon for urgent situations.
12. Confidentiality
Best efforts are made to respect information shared in private coaching. Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where disclosure is required by law, information passes through third-party platforms or a serious and immediate safety concern legally requires action. Group participants should respect one another’s privacy, but the coach cannot guarantee another participant’s confidentiality.
13. Recording of Sessions
Sessions will not be recorded without appropriate notice or consent where required. Participants will be informed where reasonably practicable when group sessions, webinars or educational sessions are recorded. Recordings are available only for the period and purpose specified. Private client information will not intentionally be used publicly without appropriate permission.
14. Intellectual Property
Original videos, frameworks, worksheets, exercises, presentations, training materials, course content, recordings, graphics and written materials remain their respective owner’s intellectual property. Enrolment grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right of use. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, upload, share, teach, publish or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.
15. Account and Content Sharing
Login credentials, course access, recordings, paid materials and membership access are for the purchaser only unless stated otherwise. Sharing may result in suspension or termination of access.
16. Website Information
Website information is for general informational and educational purposes. Content may be updated, changed or removed without notice and is not a substitute for personalised professional advice.
17. Third-Party Platforms
Services may use payment gateways, video conferencing, WhatsApp, email, course, booking or social-media platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply. Continuous availability or performance cannot be guaranteed.
18. Technical Interruptions
Internet failure, hosting issues, platform outages, device problems and other events outside reasonable control may cause disruption. Reasonable restoration or alternatives may be offered where practical, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
19. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal information collected through this website, forms, bookings, payments, webinars and Services is handled under the applicable Privacy Policy. Full name, email address and contact number may be required for registration and used for Neurograph Hub communication, not sold or shared for advertising. A physical address is collected only when shipment is included. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee complete protection against events such as unauthorised access.
20. Communication Consent
When you provide an email address or mobile number, you may receive communications connected to your enquiry, booking, program or Service. Promotional communication is sent according to applicable consent requirements, with opt-out options where required.
21. Behaviour and Participation
Participants must communicate respectfully. Harassment, abuse, unauthorised solicitation, disclosure of confidential material or materially disruptive conduct may lead to removal from a Service.
22. Termination of Services
Access or the coaching relationship may end for serious misconduct, repeated breach, non-payment, intellectual-property misuse or circumstances making continuation inappropriate. Financial consequences remain subject to enrolment and refund terms and mandatory consumer rights.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the coach and business are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from decisions or actions based on coaching, educational material or website content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
24. Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond their control, including natural disaster, serious illness, government restriction, widespread infrastructure failure or comparable unforeseen events. Reasonable alternatives may be offered where practicable.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.
26. Changes to These Terms
Terms may be updated to reflect changes in Services, practices or requirements. The latest version and effective date will appear here. Continued website use after an update accepts revised website terms; material changes to an existing paid engagement are handled under the agreement that applied at purchase.
27. Contact

Coaching Disclaimer
Information, coaching, programs, assessments, videos, workshops, webinars, resources and other materials are intended for education, personal development, self-awareness and reflection. They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical or mental-health condition. The coach acts as a coach and educator unless expressly stated otherwise.
Participation does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, psychologist-client, lawyer-client, financial-adviser-client or other licensed professional relationship. Handwriting analysis, signature analysis, graphotherapy-related activities and reflective exercises support awareness and exploration; they are not clinical or scientifically definitive assessments.
You remain responsible for interpreting and applying insights and for your own choices, actions and wellbeing. No outcome is guaranteed, and testimonials or case examples are not representative of every client’s experience. Seek appropriately qualified professional advice whenever your circumstances require it.
The Services are not designed for emergencies or crisis intervention. If you or another person is in immediate danger or experiencing a serious physical or mental-health emergency, contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare service in your location.
